Production Manager Lead

You will lead a highly experienced and skilled manufacturing team consisting of 3 Area Managers, as well as overseeing Team Leaders and Operators, to deliver sustainable processes resulting in quality products being manufactured safely at the lowest cost.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 3 Area Managers across the four shift patterns, setting stretching yet attainable goals
- Accountable for all 'People' processes within the area of responsibility, including recruitment, staff movements, and succession planning
- Accountable for creating a positive culture to foster good morale and working conditions for staff
- Accountable for all aspects of training and developing teams, working to identify skills gaps and develop training plans
- Experience within food manufacturing at a Production Manager level
- Line management experience, including performance management and development
- Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft applications
- Food Safety Level 3 minimum, with IOSH Managing Safely desirable
