Workshop Supervisor
As a key member of our team at Euro Projects Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Supervisor to lead our fabrication workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff
- Monitor and control production costs
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Manage and maintain workshop equipment and facilities
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £50,000 - £55,000
- Company bonus scheme
- Additional discretionary bonus
- 28 days annual leave + the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days
