We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our building services sector, you will be responsible for leading a newly formed team dedicated to delivering innovative energy solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring projects are delivered to an acceptable quality, checking work and designs are interpreted correctly on site
  • Aiding in the recruitment and growth of the team
  • Liaising with various stakeholders
  • Assisting in the development of junior members of staff
  • Occasional site visits
  • Liaising with internal contracting teams
  • Working proactively to enhance own skill set and continued professional development
  • Managing internal resources
