We are seeking a reliable Site Maintenance Assistant to join our team in the Lincoln area.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to work as a Site Maintenance Assistant, assisting with daily operations and maintenance tasks at our client's site.

As a Site Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking regular readings and monitoring site conditions;
  • Cleaning and maintaining the site to a high standard;
  • Assisting with general maintenance tasks, including gardening duties and use of hand tools;
  • Supporting site operators with daily and complex operations;
  • Contributing to the routine maintenance schedule and assisting the maintenance manager as needed;

All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and training will be provided. You must have your own transportation due to the location of the client.

Job Details

This is a part-time role, requiring 20 hours per week over two to four days, with the potential to develop into a full-time position. The working hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 9 am, with some weekend cover required (1 in 4).
