We are currently recruiting a Part-Time Culinary Professional to join our team at RAF Lossiemouth, Inverness.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing food production and inventory levels to minimize waste. You will also provide support and training to new team members, ensuring they meet our high standards for kitchen tasks.

About the JobResponsibilities will include cooking and preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, as well as providing fine dining for functions and events. You will work collaboratively with a team of chefs and assist with deliveries, stock checks, and kitchen records.
You will also be responsible for monitoring temperatures, completing daily paperwork, and assisting with kitchen deep cleans.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have relevant culinary experience or qualifications, be an excellent team player and communicator, and possess flexibility and innovation skills. Security checks and DBS clearance are required for this position.
