Vehicle Appraisal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Appraisal Technician to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assessments of clients' vehicles against pre-specified criteria.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough vehicle checks to a high standard on clients' premises within set time frames.
- Provide accurate and detailed mechanical reports to AA business customers and organizations.
- Ensure the optimum use of time and costs when undertaking diagnostic work.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in automotive systems and ensure the efficient use of equipment and tooling.
- Ensure a high standard of serviceability and cleanliness of equipment, uniform, and tooling issued.
- Essential: L1 City and Guilds or NVQ Level 1 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics (or equivalent), driving license with a maximum of 6 points, and ability to reach clients' sites without a company vehicle.
- Desirable: Previous car inspection or appraisal work, and previous MOT experience.
