Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at LR Legal Recruitment. As a specialist legal recruitment agency, we are committed to providing high-quality local work and a supportive environment for our clients and candidates.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Associate with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join a small and established law firm based in Surrey. The firm offers a supportive environment, a long-standing presence in the local area, and a very much family feel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of Private Client matters, including will drafting, estate administration, estate accounting, powers of attorney, advising elderly clients, trusts, IHT & CGT advice and planning.
  • Working in a team of experienced Private Client experts.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
  • STEP/SFE membership preferred.
  • Personable manner essential for frequent client contact.
  • Team player.
  • Ambitious and driven.
