Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced coach to join our team as a part-time junior rowing coach. This role will involve assisting with the coaching of our growing junior club across all squads, helping develop juniors, and working cohesively with our existing team under the direction of our Head of Rowing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with coaching junior age rowers in various squads
  • Help develop and implement training programs to prepare juniors for competitions
  • Collaborate with the Head of Rowing and Co-Captains to ensure a cohesive approach
Requirements:
  • British Rowing Level 2 coaching award (or equivalent)
  • RYA Powerboat 2 certification (or willingness to obtain within a few months)
  • Experience working with junior age rowers (or graduates looking to start coaching career)
