Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Trade Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will be at the centre of our core business, ensuring the smooth running of our trading operations. You will sit on the trading floor and closely collaborate with multiple desks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor funding across all trading venues and ensure frictionless treasury operations across fiat and crypto & cross-chain
  • Support the OTC desk's post trade & settlement processes
  • Monitor exchanges to have a real time view of withdrawal / deposit issues
  • Work closely with developers to automate processes whenever possible
  • Occasionally support the business in onboarding new clients and counterparties for Market Making and OTC

Requirements

  • Have excellent attention to detail, are meticulous and organised
  • Are reactive, quick on your feet, a go-getter with a focus on outcomes
  • Are an excellent communicator with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate information
  • Are highly reliable
  • Have direct experience (1yr +) in operations at a trading or brokerage firm

Preferred Skills

  • Have a keen interest in cryptocurrency, with a particular focus on the "plumbing" of the crypto world (how to move assets around across crypto and fiat, CEX specific limitations & constraints, etc.)
  • (Bonus) Have basic python / pandas skills for data analysis

This role is full time office based Mon - Friday and will not offer Visa sponsorship
