We are seeking an experienced Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team at 67 Pall Mall. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for finance and customer service.

Job Overview

The Financial Transactions Coordinator will be responsible for processing all aspects of sales accounts for Club Members, including prompt distribution of sales statements and timely management of payments.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Process sales accounts for all Club Members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Distribute sales statements on a monthly basis, as well as during the renewal period.
  4. Manage payments, including direct debits, credit card payments, and bank transfers.
  5. Implement effective credit control procedures, working closely with the Club Secretaries to recover debts in a timely manner.
  6. Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to Member enquiries via phone, email, or letter.
  7. Audit and reconcile payments to ensure accurate allocation to Member accounts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with CRM databases, excellent numeracy skills, and strong analytical abilities.

  • Previous accounting experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
