We are a global innovation powerhouse seeking a talented Senior Electronics Hardware Design Engineer with an embedded systems focus to join our team near Royston.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop solutions at systems level, taking on detailed electronic design work with a creative outlook to realise concepts.
  • Design and develop electronic circuits, systems, and products with a deep understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
  • Lead a small team of one or two people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the UK, EU, and US.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of analogue and digital electronics design, as well as the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems, including design, development, and testing.
  • Proven track record of designing for compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
