Support Children with Special Educational Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in our schools. As a member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to pupils with SEN requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEN requirements
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Support pupils with daily living skills and personal care
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers

Requirements:

  • Experience of supporting pupils with SEN requirements
  • Confidence in working with children with autism, cerebral palsy, and other disabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
