About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telephone Customer Care Specialist. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers over the phone, ensuring their needs are met with a 'can-do' proactive approach.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences. In return, you can expect comprehensive training in a supportive environment, helping you build a successful career in the insurance industry.

Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits including 25 days annual leave and free parking.
