We are seeking a skilled Product Trainer to join our team at Verto People. As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs for our clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring they effectively utilize our portfolio of software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, sales team, and customer support to ensure training materials are up-to-date.
• Conduct face-to-face training sessions, develop training modules, and provide ongoing support.
• Stay updated on new features and changes to systems.
• Customize programs to meet specific requirements.
• Travel to client and company sites to provide training.

Requirements

• Background in technical product training of IT or process automation products.
• Strong communication skills across all variations to internal and external persons.
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, concepts, setup, and configuration.
• Ability to work out training needs through discussion with engineers and trainees.
• Enthusiastic and well-presented.
• FULL UK Driving License.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or similar (desirable).
• Certification of Training Competence (CPLP for example).

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: £40,000 - £45,000.
