Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Architect

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a landmark project in Birmingham. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for working on the design and construction of Curzon Street Station, a major infrastructure project in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and construction of Curzon Street Station
  • Collaborate with construction partners, design partners, and architecture firms
  • Review designs and navigate the project
  • Inspire and influence others, self-motivated and eager for a challenge

Requirements:

  • ARB registered
  • Minimum 5 years architecture experience
  • Ideally degree qualified or equivalent in architecture
  • Legislation and guidance knowledge, such as Building Regulations and British Standards
  • Rail or complex project experience preferred
  • Excellent technical/design abilities
  • Ability to work around project change, understanding of contract/scope of designers
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal & consultative skills

About the Project:

This is an incredible opportunity to work on the largest building in Birmingham. You will be part of a prolific project that will be unmatched to anything outside of London. Please note that this role will be closed for applications on the 8th of October.
