We are seeking an exceptional and inspiring maths educator to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a GCSE & Functional Skills Maths Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students and other client groups, developing the maths curriculum, and acting as a course tutor.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or A-level in mathematics or equivalent, minimum grade C in GCSE maths and English language, and a commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Assessor/Verifier Qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £20,092 - £23,964 per annum, pro rata to the full-time equivalent of £33,487 to £39,941 per annum, and a range of benefits including 44 days annual leave, high street discounts scheme, and eligibility to join the Local Government Pension Scheme.
Job Description- Lecture and train students and other client groups to quality standards set by the college.
- Teach mathematics to GCSE level as directed by the Head of School.
- Tutor and manage one or more courses or groups of students.
- Develop the maths curriculum alongside the Head of School.
- Act as a course tutor to full-time and part-time groups, including organisation, administration, and monitoring of attendances.
