At Capital One, we're looking for a skilled Fraud and Financial Crime Investigator to join our team. As a member of our Fraud team, you'll play a critical role in protecting our business from financial losses and ensuring the integrity of our operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating application fraud, account takeover, and disputes
  • Protecting the business from financial losses by identifying and preventing fraudulent activities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and negotiate with merchants and banks
  • Providing expert attention to detail and analytical skills to drive business outcomes
  • Supporting the development of our department by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation

We're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for financial crime prevention. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in financial crime or a related field, we'd love to hear from you.
