Care Assistant (Learning Disability)

About the Role

P4 Recruitment Ltd is working with a top 50 UK provider of support to individuals with learning difficulties, autism, mental health issues, and challenging behaviours. We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism in daily activities.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Encourage independence and promote positive behaviors.

Requirements:

  • Car driver advantageous.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism preferred.

Working Hours: 42 hours per week. Estimated salary: £26,544 - £30,336 per annum (depending on experience).
