Müller UK & Ireland is a leading dairy company with a strong presence in Europe. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Telford Dairy facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing reactive and planned maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This will involve working on fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, and PLCs, as well as conducting preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, preferably with experience in a manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will possess good problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong ability to work cross-functionally.

The successful candidate will also have a time-served apprenticeship or HNC qualification and have experience working in a multi-skilled department. They will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of filling and process technology, as well as strong root cause analysis skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £54,000 per annum, plus paid overtime at 1.5x. We also offer a 5% bonus, health care cash plan, 282 hours annual leave, and access to our Müller Rewards Platform. In addition, we offer a long-term career with a company that invests in its employees.

Key responsibilities:
