About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Area Manager in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities in assigned territories through effective market analysis and customer engagement.
  • Support the preparation of quotes and proposals that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Promote safety couplings in Marine, LNG, and Petrochemical markets through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers to optimize business performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to marketing plans and strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Report on performance and opportunities to the Sales Director to inform business decisions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events to showcase products and services.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar sales role with a proven track record of success.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Motivated and eager to grow within emerging markets.
  • Knowledge of the oil & gas and energy sectors with a focus on international markets.
  • Experience with regular travel across multiple regions and willingness to adapt to new environments.
  • Strong business and market analysis skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong ethics, initiative, and teamwork to drive business results and achieve goals.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MRP (D365) systems to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
