About the Role:

You will maintain excellent knowledge of the injection moulding process, work independently and flexibly with minimal supervision, develop sound knowledge of thermoplastic materials, and contribute to Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and data for quality control purposes.
  • Develop effective problem-solving and planning skills to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Collaborate as part of a team or work independently to achieve production goals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and demonstrated experience within Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000-£45,000, dependent on experience and shift allocation. You will also benefit from opportunities for professional development and career progression.
