About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Postperson with Driving to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering parcels and mail to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels and mail to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including vans and bicycles, to transport mail and parcels
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work in all weather conditions, including rain and extreme temperatures

  • Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
