About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to adults and juniors in a class setting or one-to-one basis.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all pupils, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns.
  • Plan and develop lesson programs, keeping accurate records of attendance and progress.
  • Participate in ad-hoc cover shifts, including daytime and evening sessions, Monday to Saturday.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of ASA Level Swimming Instructor qualification.
  • First aid qualification and experience in teaching swimming desirable.
  • Good communication and organisational skills essential.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety issues and Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.
