Job Description

We are currently recruiting for 2 full-time and permanent Club Builder's to join our Custom Fit workshop team at our head office. The successful candidates will work Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 2:30pm, with 30 minutes lunch, totalling 35 hours per week.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient Golf Club Builder: Skilled in building custom golf clubs to exacting specifications.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail: Able to identify and correct minor errors.
  • Good Mathematical Skills: Understand and work accurately with imperial measurements.
  • Understanding of Club Components: Familiarity with the roles and effects of club components.
  • Flexible Attitude: Flexible working hours during peak season.
  • Presentation: Remain calm and polite under pressure.
  • Communication: Communicate confidently and effectively internally at all levels.
  • Independence: Work independently and efficiently.
  • Time Management: Meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
