Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare building regulations drawings and submissions with precision.
  • Manage the process from start to finish.
  • Lead the technical design element of the project.
  • Assist in developing standard details.
  • Support the team with construction detailing and technical drawings.
Requirements:
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong mathematical skills and computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Sketch-up.
  • Experience in InDesign and 3D rendering packages.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Evidence of individual and team performance.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Knowledge of UK building and planning regulations.
  • Understanding of building technology.
  • Confidence, friendliness, and outgoing personality.
  • Able to commute due to business location.
