Job Description
  • Troubleshoot customer IT issues using diagnostic techniques
  • Configure and test new equipment prior to installation at customer sites
  • Log customer issues accurately and efficiently on the company ticketing system
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this apprenticeship is £14,000 - £16,000 per annum, paid bi-weekly. In addition to a generous annual leave package, you will also enjoy 20 days' annual leave + bank holidays, as well as summer and Christmas social events. After completing the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to progress to a full-time role within the company, with access to extra paid courses and health insurance after one year. You will also accrue additional holidays after two years.

Desired Qualities and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong interest in IT, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver strong customer service. Self-motivation and enthusiasm are essential, and having a driver's license is ideal but not essential. You should also hold Grade 4/C in Maths and Grade 5/C in English GCSE.
