Fostering Career Development Specialist

We are seeking a Fostering Career Development Specialist to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with foster carers and children's social workers to achieve permanence for children through long-term fostering or special guardianship.
About This Role- We offer a competitive salary of up to £38,570 per annum.
- You will have opportunities for flexible working arrangements, including condensed hours and 9-day fortnights.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of foster carers and supporting them in their work with children. You will also work with children's social workers to achieve permanence for children through long-term fostering or special guardianship.
Key Responsibilities- Support and manage approved foster carers to ensure they provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Work with children's social workers to achieve permanence for children through long-term fostering or special guardianship.
- A social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with foster carers and children in care.
