About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and play a key role in shaping the service provision for the future. You will undertake a range of services including weekly clinics providing Complex Case Management, Sickness Absence Management, Health Surveillance, Ill-Health Retirement / Pensions, Safety Critical Work Medicals & Pre-Employment Assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake weekly clinics providing a range of services including Complex Case Management, Sickness Absence Management, Health Surveillance, Ill-Health Retirement / Pensions, Safety Critical Work Medicals & Pre-Employment Assessments.
- Report directly to the Medical Director and assist in shaping the service provision for the future.
- Improve quality and safety standards, delivery of targets, and service modernisation.
- Work as an independent & autonomous Occupational Health Physician.
- Effective communication & relationship building skills.
