We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cabin Services Coordinator to join our team at Ascend Airways. As a key member of our Cabin Services Department, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our cabin services.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Cabin Services, including managing flight documents and reports, coordinating distribution, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Records: Track and organize documentation and records for all cabin crew assessments and performance files.
- Cabin Services Feedback: Serve as the point of contact for cabin services feedback, attend client meetings, and use client information to prevent future issues onboard.
- Client Inquiries: Address client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Uniform Coordination: Administer uniform coordination, including ordering, invoicing, client liaison, maintenance of cabin crew sizing records, and handling any uniform issues or complaints.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist the Head of Cabin Services with administrative tasks, including admin support with procedures, processes, audits, and cabin crew records.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the office by keeping a stock of stationery and equipment, purchasing office supplies and furniture as needed.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the administration of cabin crew recruitment processes, coordinating with HR to make necessary arrangements for screenings, recruitment days, and interview schedules.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all internal departments.
- A minimum of 1 year's proven experience within the aviation sector, either in an air crew or administrative capacity.
- Previous experience as a Senior Cabin Crew or similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience in organizing and problem-solving in an operational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using airline management software and MS Office Suite.
