We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Early Years team at Willing Care. As a Nursery Professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and educational activities tailored to promote learning and development.
  • Evaluate children's progress, maintain detailed records, and provide regular feedback to parents.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, parents, and carers.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment while implementing health and safety guidelines.
  • Establish strong relationships with children, parents, and carers, actively involving them in their child's learning journey.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Early Years or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early years education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dedicated team.
