About the Role

Anderselite is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee groundworks projects for residential developments in the North West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Oversee groundwork projects, including roads, drainage, and sewage installations, guaranteeing adherence to strict safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
  2. Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with site teams, housebuilders, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless communication and efficient operations throughout all project stages.
  3. Budget Management: Monitor budgets effectively, overseeing subcontractor agreements and procurement processes to ensure optimal cost management.
  4. Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous quality control and adhere to health and safety standards.
  5. Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges promptly, minimizing delays and ensuring smooth project execution.
  6. Contract Management: Possess expertise in managing project schedules, budgets, and contracts within a construction environment.
  7. Communication Skills: Develop effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams through clear communication and negotiation.
  8. Flexibility: Be open to both permanent and freelance opportunities to accommodate project demands.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
