We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Lead to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client implementations and assisting in pre-sales activities. About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations. As an Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for determining the implementation method, monitoring and tracking project progress, and preparing project communication plans.

What You'll Do
  • Determine the implementation method to be used on the project;
  • Monitor, track, and report on project progress;
  • Prepare project communication plans;
  • Manage risk and quality management plans;

As an experienced project manager, you will have a strong background in delivering end-to-end projects. A professional accreditation in a recognized project delivery methodology is also desirable. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be considered an asset.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience delivering end-to-end projects;
  • Professional accreditation in a recognized project delivery methodology;
  • Proven experience in delivering projects applying Agile Methodologies;
  • Strong time management, team facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills;
  • Experience with analyzing complex issues and delivering appropriate solutions;

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum.
