Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resourcing and Compliance Officer to join our Yorkshire team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the candidate pipeline, effectively headhunting for candidates, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure efficient and effective resourcing
  • Conduct headhunting activities to attract top talent
  • Develop and implement candidate attraction strategies
  • Provide exceptional candidate care and support
  • Ensure compliance with DfE, Keeping Children Safe in Education, and industry standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in resourcing or compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to network and devise new resourcing strategies
  • Drive and motivation to succeed and grow with the company
