About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Komplex Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injury and medication administration.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with our Operations Manager and Registered Manager to ensure seamless care delivery.
- A competitive hourly rate and opportunities for career growth and development.
- Comprehensive training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in your role.
- A dynamic and supportive team environment that values your contributions and well-being.
- Access to our in-house Training Academy, where you can develop your skills and knowledge in client care.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential for this role).
