Job Title: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and patient Personal Assistant to provide support to a lady in the PE32 area. The successful candidate will work 12 hours a week, with the possibility of job sharing.

Job Purpose:

The role involves assisting with personal care, accessing the local community, and helping with food shopping. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, patient, and able to provide emotional support.

Main Duties:
  1. Assistance with Food Shopping
  2. Personal Care involving Showering
  3. Accessing the Community
  4. Help with Going to Hairdressers

The duties may vary from day to day, and the successful candidate will be expected to perform any other reasonable duties as necessary.

Person Specification:

We are looking for a candidate who is female, has a car with business insurance, and is able to provide a patient and trustworthy service.

Terms and Conditions:
  1. You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses as part of this role.
  2. The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour.
  3. 12 hours a week - to be discussed with Employer, but will be 2 x 6 hours each week, jobshare will be considered. 1 evening a month may need to be worked.
  4. A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
  5. Satisfactory passing of mandatory training care courses.
  6. Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
  7. Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
