Driver Wanted for Class 1 Milk Collection

We require reliable and skilled Class 1 Milk Collection Drivers to join our operations in Carnforth.

This permanent role involves working a guaranteed number of hours, with the potential to work up to 10 hours per day on a rotating shift schedule of 5 on 3 off.

The daily rate for daytime shifts is £14.10 per hour, and £15.98 for nighttime shifts, with enhanced overtime rates available for additional work beyond your guaranteed hours or on rest days.

In addition, you can earn a performance-based bonus, potentially reaching up to £1500 per year (equivalent to full-time employment), and receive free training for your Digital Tachograph Card (DCPC).

  • Estimated Salary Range: £24,243 - £38,295 per year
  • Work Schedule: 5 on 3 off
  • Overtime Pay: £20.64 - £23.46 per hour

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, provide exceptional customer service, and possess a solid grasp of geographical knowledge.

A valid Class 1 UK licence, active DCPC certification, and a digital tachograph card are required qualifications.

While prior experience in the milk haulage sector is beneficial, it's not a necessity.
