Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Field Sales Representatives team as a Sales Ambassador. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services. Provide in-depth training to ensure quality conversations with customers from the get-go and set you up for success.

Requirements:

A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points. Enjoy spending time outdoors. A positive, winning attitude. The self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets, the ability to think on your feet when handling objections, and the resilience to deal with rejections.

What's in it for you:

A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions). £2,500 per year, London Weighting Allowance. Our top advisors earn £50k - £70k per year with uncapped commission (pro-rata). Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees. 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off, to treat yourself (pro-rata). Plus, the option to buy and sell 5 days' leave, to suit your personal needs. An excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%. Employee BUPA medical cover, health care plan and life assurance.
