Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Area Supervisor. This role will involve supervising and working with a front-line workforce to deliver high-quality services to the residents of Warrington.

About the Role

As an Assistant Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of a range of services, including Street Cleansing and Grounds Maintenance, within a designated geographical area of the Borough.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of front-line staff
  • Deliver high-quality services to residents
  • Manage the delivery of Street Cleansing and Grounds Maintenance services
  • Work closely with the local community to understand their needs and concerns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of supervising and working with a front-line workforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of environmental services and waste management
