Care Worker in Community Services

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Assistant for Health and Social Care to join our team at Nevill Hall Day Surgery Unit. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with registered Nurses, undertaking defined responsibilities appropriate to their role in the Day Surgery setting. Key duties include maintaining patient confidentiality, adhering to directorate/Trust policies and procedures, and demonstrating a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
About the JobThis position involves working in a multi-disciplinary team, supporting patients through various surgical disciplines. The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive salary range, plus additional benefits such as flexible working, occupational health support, and access to training and development opportunities.
