About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Paralegal to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Finance Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Legal team in preparing and drafting legal documents, signing and closing arrangements for financing transactions, and reviewing company searches and completion of company search review forms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Legal team in preparing and drafting legal documents, including finance documents and contracts.
  • Assist in the creation of legal presentations for the team and clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Legal team, including maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Review and analyze financial data and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team to develop and implement effective solutions to complex financial and legal issues.
Requirements
  • Academic background in Law or a related field.
  • Experience in a legal support role within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of finance regulations and contract law.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in legal research and contract drafting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
