Key Responsibilities- Manage net sales, investment, and customer profitability across multiple categories
- Deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly channel targets, driving profitable growth for both the business and our customers
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to drive profitable growth
- Ensure flawless execution of plans and agreed activations throughout the year
- Conduct regular site visits to stay informed about market trends and identify opportunities
- Manage promotional and pricing plans to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Review return on investment and make adjustments as needed
- Support the development and execution of channel-specific plans
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in line with channel strategy
- Deliver internal and external P&L targets
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to anticipate and mitigate challenges
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced National Account Manager who possesses:
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- The ability to work autonomously and find solutions to challenges
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in P&L management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of delivering results in a sales environment
