Logistics Administrator Job Description

The Recruitment Co is seeking a skilled Logistics Administrator to join our team in Trafford Park. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage TE orders, including creating pick documentation and organizing transport through various carriers.
  • Control bulk orders for large customers and place orders with EU plants.
  • Manage incoming deliveries, create IFTMIN documents, and control the age of stock.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of ACCS forms for customs declaration.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Working Hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm, £12.31 per hour.

This is an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The Recruitment Co is an equal opportunities employer.
