We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution/Litigation Solicitor at a senior level to join our Dispute Resolution/Litigation team in Nuneaton or Coventry.



Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling complex disputes including contract disputes, consumer disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, negligence disputes and debt recovery.
  • Leading the Litigation team and working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Mentoring and assisting less experienced litigation fee earners and support staff.
  • Providing sound dispute resolution/civil litigation experience on behalf of individuals and businesses.


Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in dispute resolution/civil litigation law.
  • Proven ability to handle complex cases and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: up to £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
