Job Title: Countryside Manager Leader

This role is a great opportunity to lead our bookings team at the prestigious Rivers Hospital, located in the beautiful countryside of Sawbridgeworth. As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bookings team, ensuring seamless patient experiences and efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Inpatient bookings, prioritizing demands and capacity planning to meet service needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to inspire excellence
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, developing action plans to address areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a hospital setting

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
