We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers across Cheltenham and surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Postperson with Driving, you will be required to work a fixed-term contract, delivering mail and parcels to our customers. You will be working 32.5 hours per week, across 5 days, including weekends. You will be required to work between 08:30 and 15:00, and you may be entitled to a welcome bonus of £500.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.54, paid monthly, with overtime paid at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, and full uniform provided. We also offer a company pension scheme, excellent family-friendly support, and various discounts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. You will also need to have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. You will be required to work independently and be self-motivated, with excellent customer service skills.
