Classroom Expert

Opogo is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Classroom Expert - Primary Education to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of young students.

The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary education, particularly within Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). They will also possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering comprehensive lesson plans across the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
• Adapting teaching strategies to support varying learning needs, including students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
• Collaborating with teaching assistants and support staff to create an effective learning environment
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to share student progress and address any concerns
