Car Sales Manager for a Dynamic UK Team

We are looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for buying cars and ensuring the efficient running of the branch as the main point of contact for customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will also need to be capable of working independently and as part of a team, liaising with the back office and work colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, and closing deals
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Liaising with the back office and work colleagues to ensure seamless operations

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:

  • A monthly bonus based on company performance
  • A rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off
  • A full UK manual driving license is required
