An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled legal professional to take on the role of Housing Disrepair Management Solicitor, offering a hybrid working arrangement from various office locations.

Our client is a distinguished, award-winning law firm that provides comprehensive legal services to both individuals and businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert legal counsel to clients regarding claims related to housing conditions and management.
  • Represent landlords in pre-action housing condition claims.
  • Offer legal advice on housing and asset management matters.
  • Act on behalf of clients in litigated housing condition claims.
  • Support landlords in cases involving anti-social behavior and tenancy breach injunctions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in disrepair and housing condition claims, with a solid grasp of Property and Social Housing law.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving legal frameworks, recognizing the dynamic nature of housing law.
  • Strong capability to translate complex legal concepts into straightforward, actionable advice for clients.

This position offers a flexible working model, allowing for a balance between office and remote work.
