About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional physiotherapist to lead our team in providing world-class patient care. As a Physiotherapist Lead Position, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of physiotherapy services, ensuring seamless patient flow, and mentoring junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of treatment plans.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Essential Requirements:
  • A degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • HCPC registration and evidence of postgraduate learning relevant to clinical area.
  • Proven experience working in a physiotherapy setting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
