As a Charity Retail Volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. Your efforts will directly contribute to raising funds that enable our nurses to provide expert care and support to those who need it most.

In this rewarding role, you will be working on the shop floor, providing excellent customer service to our shoppers, and helping out with basic housekeeping to keep the shop clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort through donations, identifying hidden gems and better quality brands.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Assist with general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
